What is an condo? A condo is an apartment quite literally. The biggest difference between a condo and an apartment is that condos can be purchased. Condo's are owned by private owners and either lived in by the owner or sub-leased out to renters. In-condo maintenance is taken care of by the owner, exterior maintenance (the grounds, amenities, pool, etc.) are handled by the executor of the commercial property the condo is a community of. Who are condo's for? Condos in Lakeway, like condos, can be for just about anyone. Although many people dislike living in apartment style homes, some do enjoy them.
